In consonance with the advisory on the implementation of IRR 4 (AA) of the Republic Act No. 11469, otherwise known as the "Bayanihan to Heal as One Act" and to the loan moratoriums of lending institutions, loan payment refund is already underway and some of our public school teachers have reported the claims of these refunds already.
Teachers from Angeles City, Tabuk City, and areas in Quezon Province have confirmed that they have received the loan refund in their account from their loans in GSIS and other private lending institutions.
These loan refunds are given through special payrolls in coordination to the respective PLIs under the approved moratoriums in support to all DepEd personnel during this time of crisis.
