House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano answered and clarifies the issue of who shall receive the cash assistance from the government under the social amelioration program of DSWD pursuant to the recently passed "Bayanihay to Heal as One Act".
In his live video, Cayetano stressed that the cash assistance shall be given to each low-income family or household. In case three low-income families are residing under one house, each family shall still be entitled to the cash aid. This is to address those municipalities who are giving only one form per house despite the number of families residing in it.

Senator..senior po ako pero wala po akong pension ..after 5 yrs pa po..nag early retired po ako kc ginamit ko po sa pag asral ng mga anak ko at pinangbayad ko sa lhat ng pagkakautang ko kaya wala po akong income..qualified po ba ako sa SA.
