In light of the new normal where people are forced to adapt to a lot of behavioral changes during and after the enhanced community quarantine, a reiteration of the existing laws, rules, and regulations to prevent and avoid the escalation of cases and complaints against teachers and personnel of the department in this region is deemed essential.
DepEd Soccsksargen Region has issued the Regional Memorandum No. 17, s. 2020 to remind and guide their teachers and personnel to avoid complaints and cases in time of the new normal.
Although this is a memorandum intended only for the said region, this may also help and guide all other teachers and personnel.
