Motorcycle back-riding will soon be allowed "in principle" according to the Malacañang upon the approval of requirements and once the task force issues the guidelines for it.
“Malapit na po ang back-riding pero kinakailangan ang NTF po ang mag-issue ng mga guidelines. Pinapayagan na in-principle ang back-riding upon the approval of the requirements na ise-set ng technical working group,” said Harry Roque during the Saturday virtual briefing.
“Antay antay na lang po muna at baka pwede nang mapayagan ang backriding," Roque added.
