In Regions 3 & 4A on September 30, 2020

1. San Fernando, Pampanga - Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City
2. Batangas City, Batangas - Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exhange (PITx)
3. Lemery, Batangas - PITx
4. Lipa, Batangas - PITx
5. Nasugbu, Batangas - PITx
6. Indang, Cavite - PITx
7. Mendez, Cavite - PITx
8. Tagaytay City, Cavite - PITx
9. Tarnate, Cavite - PITx
10. Calamba City, Laguna - PITx
11. Siniloan, Lagun - PITx
12. Sta. Cruz, Laguna - PITx

PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOARDING:

1. Travel Authority/Pass issued by the PNP from the terminal of their place of origin.
2. Valid ID showing personal details (address/place of origin, age, and place of work)
3. Written Consent that the passenger agrees to undergo COVID-19 testing or quarantine if needed.
4. Other documents that may be required by the IATF-EID and receiving LGU
