One student went viral on TikTok after posting a short video clip of him burning to what appears to be a set of learning modules. Netizens immediately expressed their anger and negative comments about what the student did.
This gesture directly hit the teachers who devoted time, effort, and resources just to provide these modules to the students in order for them to continue their education even in this difficult time.
The student said on his video, “Tips para matapos na yung module mo, sunugin mo!”.
“Tapos ibigay mo yung abo sa teacher mo," he added.
The short video quickly gained negative reactions from the citizens who shared the same sentiment on how hard it is for the teachers to reproduce these modules only to be burned out like this.
Although the nature of the video is obviously for humor, still, we all should be highly sensitive to the content we are going to create and share on social media.
