DepEd requests DBM for the release of SARO to partially cover the release of SRI

The Department of Education has requested the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) for the release of Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) in the sum of Two Billion Three Hundred Seventy-Five Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,375,216,000.00) to partially cover the requirement in granting FY 2020 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to DepEd's teaching and non-teaching personnel.

DepEd also requests that the said amount be released to the DepEd-Office of the Secretary Proper (Central Office) for final distribution to arrive at a uniform rate of the Incentive.

    Salamat po kung meron. Hinihintay po namin talaga yang SRI na yan para sa tuition ng mga anak namin
