DepEd to release new guidelines on the reimbursement of P300/month communication expense of teachers during the pandemic
The Department of Education will soon release a set of guidelines on the reimbursement of communication expenses of its employees during the pandemic while working at home amounting to P300 per month.
The Office of Finance under the leadership of Usec. Annalyn M. Sevilla confirmed that they already consulted with the Commission on Audit (COA) regarding this matter.
“We consulted COA about the difficulty in submission of liquidation reports for the P300 per month actual communications expense individually,” said Sevilla.
“We are working on this and will issue new guidelines on liquidation once we get COA concurrence,” she added.
