It is then made clear that "the training programs are being participated on a Voluntary Basis by teachers who are interested in enhancing their ability to deliver lessons more effectively under conditions where face to face classes are not possible".
It is also stressed that all other training organized by the ICTS-EdTech from April to June last year were all in VOLUNTARY BASIS and teachers were not required to participate, only those who are very willing to learn more about education technology.
DepEd emphasized that joining the VIRTUAL INSET 2021 for teachers is on a VOLUNTARY BASIS
