Reasons for the delay on the release of PBB 2019 from DBM

A group of public school teachers has made a query to the DBM regarding the release of the long-awaited Performance-Based Bonus of DepEd teaching and non-teaching personnel.

The DBM has answered the said query explaining that in order to proceed with the evaluation and processing of the DepEd's FY 2019 PBB, the following documents should be submitted first.

1. Form 1.0 (Report on Ranking of Offices/Delivery Units) from the DepEd;

2. Evaluation Matrix (Tally of eligible personnel in a specific grade and step increments) also from the DepEd; and

3. Results of Final Validation (RFV) from the AO 25 Secretariat.

To date, the DepEd has already submitted the Form 1.0 and Evaluation Matrices of 15 regions while the AO No. 25 is yet to submit the RFV for FY 2019 PBB.
