Here is the latest update on the release of the long-awaited PBB 2019 for DepEd personnel.
According to the post of Ma'am Shiela Lim Manuel of ASSERT-NCR, the DBM-Malacañang is yet to release the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) within this week so the said bonus can be downloaded or released to the respective personnel of DepEd.

DBM Malacanang can download SARO on PBB 2019 within this week even when there are pending appeals as what AO25 had said and divulged because appeals are ongoing and final validations have already been finished to the 15 regions. What is stopping DBM-Malacanang to release the said benefits of teachers?
