Duterte signed Administrative Order granting hazard pay to gov't workers who physically report to duty during ECQ, MECQ

President Rodrigo Duterte has approved and signed Administrative Order No. 43 that will give all the government workers a hazard pay of up to P500 per day for physically reporting to work during the period of ECQ and MECQ in their areas.

Qualified employees for this grant include regular, contractual or casual positions and those in job orders.

The President stressed that those employees who physically report to work during the period of ECQ and MECQ are exposing themselves to major health risks including the risk of COVID-19 infection.

More details will be out soon regarding this grant.
