SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:
1. P65,000.00 per academic year
2. Scholar support program such as mentoring & professional development opportunities
Return Service
Scholar must continue to be an educator in the Philippines for a
period equivalent to the duration of the scholarship.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. An incoming or current graduate student in education specializing in STEM in any GBF's partner Teacher Education Institution
2. Is working as a K-12 teacher or a college instructor teaching STEM-related courses for a minimum of one (1) year with permanent employment status.
3. Has at least a "satisfactory" teacher rating performance from the previous year.
4. Must not have yet completed course subjects and/or comprehensive exams.
5. If a continuing student, has no failed, dropped, or incomplete grade from the previous academic year.
6. Must carry an academic load of at least six (6) units and complete the program within the prescribed period.
7. Preferably not a recipient of a scholarship from other institutions or persons.
8. Must be in good health.
9. Is of good moral character.
10. Require financial support for studies.
Documentary Requirements:
1. Copy of PRC ID
2. Proof of enrolment or admission
3. Certificate of employment
4. Transcript of records or true copy of grades
5. Certificate of good moral character
6. Proof of household income (3 most recent payslips, income tax return, tax exemption, certificate of indigency, or certificate of low income)
7. Colored ID photo with white background
Applicants who will meet eligibility requirements are required to submit the following:
