Guidelines on the Implementation of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specializations for School Year 2021-2022
The Department of Education (DepEd) issued the enclosed Guidelines on the Implementation of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specializations for School Year (SY) 2021-2022. This is pursuant to pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 10533 or the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 and RA 11518 or the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021.
The guidelines aim to enhance the capability of DepEd SHS to implement the TVL track through partnerships with institutions, which are equipped with necessary resources (teachers, workshops, tools, and equipment) to carry out the program.
