SUSTAINABILITY IN THIS PANDEMIC WEBINAR-WORKSHOP SERIES
The Bituen is a volunteers’ organization that promotes sustainability and the reduce, reuse, recycle or the 3Rs. Bituen will be conducting a series of a two-hour webinar workshops titled, “Sustainability in this Pandemic” which will run every Thursday from September 23 to October 28, 2021, at 2:00-4:00 p.m.
This webinar-workshop aims to provide:
1. Educators with stock knowledge and skills on their health in this pandemic, specifically home remedy for COVID-19 symptoms.
2. School garden exploration.
3. Updates on waste minimization through 3Rs and waste gardening.
4. Sustainable practices helpful in getting through the pandemic. The Invitation to this event is extended to the public-school teachers, their attendance shall be subject to the no-disruption-of classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 titled “Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged TimeOn-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith and the policy on off-campus activities stated in DO 66, s. 2017.”
