VaxCertPH is the official digital vaccination certificate for Filipinos and non-Filipinos vaccinated in the Philippines that may be used for international and domestic travel. It complies with the WHO Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) guidelines.

How to generate my VaxCertPH (Digital Vaccination Certificate)?

1. Go to https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/

2. Input all the needed data (personal information, date & place of vaccination, etc.)

3. Review the data

4. Click the box if you are going to use your certificate in international and domestic travel. Then, click Generate Vaccination Certificate
