Before the year ends, the Natasha Goulbourn Foundation (NGF) Mind Strong, in support of the Department of Education's Christmas celebration, will be conducting live streaming of a Virtual Raffle Draw during the PASKOnsyerto sa DepEd: "Beyond Grateful" on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 12:00NN to 4:00 PM via the DepEd Philippines Facebook Page.

All DepEd employees (permanent, co-terminus, contractual, contracts of service) with an official DepEd email account are eligible to join!

Note: Only ONE registration is allowed per employee using their own DepEd email account. Two or more registration of the same name/email will invalidate the raffle entry.

Below are the virtual raffle draw details and mechanics:

CONSOLATION PRIZES: 4 WINNERS OF P5,000 PER REGION

Time: DECEMBER 21, 2021 (12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM)

Platform: Live via DepEd Philippines Facebook Page

Mechanics:

1. The Regional Offices, including CO and BARMM will be called in sequence: Regions 1-12, CAR, NCR, CO & BARMM.

2. Per RO/CO/BARMM, there will be 4 individual draws which will run per minute per draw.

3. The winners will be drawn using the cirutal DepEd Raffle Picker and will be presented during the live event.

4. The list of consolation prize winners will be posted at DepEd Philippines facebook page, and the same shall be forwarded to the NGF Mind Strong for the claiming of prizes.

Note: Consolation Prize winners will no longer be included in the Grand Prize draw.

GRAND PRIZE

1 WINNER OF P30,000

1 WINNER OF P50,000

1 WINNER OF P100,000

Mechanics:

(1st Draw)

1. Out of the 10 ROs, including the CI and BARMM, only three (3) shall be selected randomly using the virtual Spin a Wheel app.

(2nd Draw)

1. Within the randomly selected ROs/CO/BARMM, individual grand winners will be drawn using the virtual DepEd Raffle Picker.

2. The grand prize winners will be contacted by the Central Office raffle draw host for validation in two-fill dials only.

3. Failure from the winner to be contacted twice shall invalidate his/her winning.

4. In replacement of the invalid/disqualified winner, the organizers can proceed in randomly selecting a new winner using the DepEd Raffle Picker.

5. The list of grand prize winners will be posted on DepEd Philippines Facebook Page, and the same shall be forwarded to the NGF Mind Strong for the claiming of prizes.
