In-Service Training (INSET) for Teachers During Mid-Year Break Not Included in the School Calendar of Activities for SY 2021-2022
In the previous school years, the In-Service Training (INSET) for public school teachers was scheduled during the Mid-Year Break or Semestral Break of the students.
For this school year (SY 2021-2022), the said In-Service Training was not included based on DepEd Order No. 029, s. 2021 or the DepEd School Calendar and Activities for SY 2021-2022.
The Mid-Year Break for this school year is scheduled from January 31, 2022 to February 5, 2022.
In line with this, the Department of Education has not yet issued a Memorandum if there will be an INSET for this school year.
Here is the portion of the School Calendar and Activities for SY 2021-2022 which indicates the schedule of Mid-year Break and no schedule for the said INSET.
