Pursuant to the Republic Act No. 11466 or the "Salary Standardization Law of 2019", all civilian government personnel in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, Constitutional Commissions, and other Constitutional Offices, government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs) not covered by Republic Act No. 10149, and local government units (LGUs) are set to receive their salary increase to be implemented in 4 tranches.
The 3rd Trance of the said increase shall be implemented effective January 2022. With the recent memorandum from the Department of Education (read here), the monthly salary of all DepEd personnel shall be given every 15th and 30th of the month come 2022.
It's then confirmed by public school teachers from several regions and divisions that they have received their monthly salary (given on the 15th and 30th of the month) with the increase based on the 3rd tranche of the Salary Standardization Law of 2019.
