Under the Republic Act No. 11466 or the "Salary Standardization Law of 2019", all government personnel shall be provided by just and equitable compensation in accordance with the principle of equal pay for work of equal value.
With this, the modified Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel shall be implemented in four (4) tranches. Below is the table that shows the 4th Tranche of this salary increase.
