A certain SDO only required teachers to report to schools starting August 15, to give them enough rest
The Schools Division of South Cotabato issued a memorandum informing all concerned personnel that teachers will only be required to report on-site starting August 15, 2022, to give them enough rest before the start of another school year.
In the said memorandum, it stated that "the Division Office is aware that teachers may not have enough rest time with enrollment starting on July 25 and the academic year starting by August 22, hence, all teaching personnel may only be required to report on-site starting August 15, 2022."
Following the issuance of DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022 or the "School Calendar and Activities for the School year 2022-2023", teachers in the Division of South Cotabato may have their window for rest until August 15.
