Based on the recent dialogue with the Department of Budget and Management, here is the reason why the release of the Performance-Based Bonus (2022) for the DepEd personnel is taking longer than usual.
"Based on the online checking of the submission of the DepEd, we found out that there are duplicating names. So there are duplications in terms of the entries of the names in different regions, That's why the submissions of all DepEd regions were returned to DepEd" said the DBM.
The department also stressed that the delay is caused by the internal processes made within the Department of Education.
