As seen in the forecast by DOST-PAGASA on the highest heat index in the country, many of the provinces, major cities, and municipalities will experience heat index from extreme caution to danger level.
The places included in the list below are those with official declarations from their LGUs. As instructed by the Department of Education, each school head is also authorized to suspend in-person classes depending on the actual heat index in their respective schools. Provided that the schools in these areas will implement ASYNCHRONOUS/DISTANCE LEARNING modality to their learners either modular or online learning.

- Municipality of Bien Unido, Bohol (Until further notice, Suspended Afternoon F2F Classes, Pre-school to Senior HS, Public & Private)
- Municipality of Coron, Palawan (APRIL 29 - MAY 3, All Levels, Public & Private)
- Municipality of Alfonso, Cavite (APRIL 29 - MAY 10, All Levels, Public & Private)
- Municipality of Binmaley, Pangasinan (Pre-school to Senior High School, Public & Private, April 22 - May 30)
