A bill to double the current P5,000 teaching supplies allowance for teachers has already been submitted to the Malacañang and awaits President Marcos' signature to make it a law that will provide a P10,000 teaching allowance to public school teachers starting in 2025.
The ACT Teachers Party list considers this a success and continues to call for a P50,000 entry-level salary for teachers.
