The Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) is an incentive given to government employees following their performance and contribution in the accomplishment of their agency's overall targets and commitments.
In the Department of Education, the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) for the payment of the said bonus is now being issued by the DBM.
The PBB Secretariat also confirmed that the review and validation for the PBB 2022 is still ongoing.
