LIST OF ROs/SDOs WITH SUSPENDED IPCRF & OPCRF EVALUATION

As of July 13, the Regional Offices (ROs)  and SDOs listed below have decided to pause the submission of Individual Performance Commitment and Review Forms (IPCRF) and Office Performance Commitment and Review Forms (OPCRF) until they receive explicit guidance from the Central Office:

2. Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
3. Region 5
4. Region 7
5. Region 12
6. SDO Pangasinan II 
7. SDO Masbate
