DepEd Sec. Sonny Angara has recently signed the IRR for teachers' career progression which includes additional teaching positions such as Teacher IV (Salary Grade (SG) 14), Teacher V (SG 15), Teacher VI (SG 16), Teacher VII (SG 17), and Master Teacher V (SG 22).
Here are the salary rates for the above-mentioned teaching positions based on the current Salary Standardization Law V (SSL V):
TEACHER IV (SG 14): P33,843
TEACHER V (SG 15): P36,619
TEACHER VI (SG 16): P39,672
TEACHER VII (SG 17): P43,030
MASTER TEACHER V (SG 22): P71,511
The salaries are subject to change as soon as the SSL VI is released.
