Suspension of IPCRF Evaluations

The Schools Division Office of Pangasinan II in Region I has announced a halt in the evaluation of Individual Performance Commitment and Review Forms (IPCRFs).

Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Russel Jim V. Tamayo stated that there will be no IPCRF evaluations until further notice. "We will follow the Executive Order as we wait for instructions from the Central Office (CO) and Regional Office (RO) on how to proceed," Tamayo announced via the SDO Infoboard.

This move is in response to the directive from the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) to comply with a recent Executive Order. Tamayo noted that the announcement follows Regional Memorandum 629, a 2024 series issued prior to Executive Order 61. 

“Meanwhile, please note that RM 629, s. 2024, was released prior to the issuance of the Executive Order, and the RO will be providing clarification on this matter”, Tamayo added. 

Clarification from the Regional Office is anticipated soon.

As per instruction of the SDS, this is to inform the field that there must be NO EVALUATION OF IPCRFS AT THIS TIME. We will adhere to the Executive Order as we await guidelines from the CO/RO on its implementation.

Meanwhile, please note that RM 629, s. 2024, was released prior to the issuance of the Executive Order, and the RO will be providing clarification on this matter.
