Status of PEI & SRI 2024 for DepEd Personnel

PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT INCENTIVE 2024

The Productivity Enhancement Incentive of P5,000 shall be given to personnel not earlier than December 15 of the current year, subject to the following conditions:

I. The employees are still in the service as of November 30 of the current year; and

II. The employees have rendered at least four (4) months of at least satisfactory service as of November 30 of the current year, including leaves of absence with pay.

SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE 2024

The Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) has officially reached out to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) with a request for information regarding the 2024 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) allocated for government employees.

The DBM has confirmed that it has received ACT's inquiry, marking the first step towards addressing the concerns raised by the teachers' group.
